Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email box to another, configure email filters, create autoresponders and defend your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailboxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox account you want to redirect e-mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
